Kristin Coleman and Chad Phillips are design industry veterans with over 40 collective years of experience in merchandising, digital marketing, and PR. They live in the Hudson Valley with their furbaby, Evie, and own Available Items - a design-focused shop and gallery in Tivoli, NY.
Kristin is a native New Yorker (sometimes referred to as a Staten Island success story). She has nearly 20 years of PR experience working with global design brands, architecture and design studios, and high-profile industry events including the U.S. Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, the Architecture & Design Film Festival, NYCxDESIGN, Neri&Hu, Emeco, and many more. She has a vast network of industry contacts and an established track record of securing placements for clients in top-tier media including The New York Times, Fast Company, The New Yorker, Interior Design, and Financial Times.
Chad grew up in Nashville and has an impressive resume in retail and product development beginning with his time working at Moss. He was a Creative Director in the early days of Kidrobot where he contributed to the development of toys, stores, and apparel, and played a key role in establishing the "cool factor" for the iteration of Fab.com as a design ecommerce site. More recently, he has helped reimagine the retail experience for Brooklyn Museum, Cooper Hewitt, and Whitney Museum of American Art.
